I’m Louise, your guide into this way of working/unworking.

I believe that our collective tiredness, the exhaustion and worn-out-ness
is calling for a new way to be nourished. The spaces I co-create offer a soothing balm to the over-busied nervous systems who are looking for ways to feel better.

A reclamation of rest was a sustainable, enjoyable, nourishing practice where nothing is rushed: the unfolding is allowed, the knowing is restored?

Doing less didn’t mean MORE, it meant space, freedom, knowing and creativity?

This is what our tired bodies are longing to sink into and every body will get exactly what they needed from the space and the other people in the space?

These were the ‘what if’s’ that helped me shape this space, and now they are a sustainable reality for the women who show up.
