What if … 

Together, in a gentle, loving, cosy space, women gathered to tend to the ingrained tensions of the ‘too-muchness of life’, listened, connected with their senses, their stories and their bodies to reclaim rest in their system?

What if …

A reclamation of rest was a sustainable, enjoyable, nourishing practice where nothing is rushed: the unfolding is allowed, the knowing is restored?

What if …

Doing less didn’t mean MORE, it meant space, freedom, knowing and creativity?

What if …

This is what our tired bodies are longing to sink into and every body will get exactly what they needed from the space and the other people in the space? 

These were the ‘what if’s’ that helped me shape this space, and now they are a sustainable reality for the women who show up.

What to expect

  • Six 90 minute in person well-being sessions, based in Poole, Dorset

  • Ceremonial Cacao each session from Common Roots Cacao. We drink to drop into our bodies, to remember, to connect, to flow, to open and to listen.

    Discover Common Roots

  • Gentle, restorative, ground based somatic movement practices each week for regulating your nervous system and organically unwinding tension from your body.

  • A weekly playlist on Spotify to continue your practice at home.

  • A supportive, small group experience to connect with likeminded women.

  • An opportunity to share each week, in a safe, held space.

  • The space to form new connections, bonds and friendships with local women.

  • A deep relaxation gong bath each week. The vibrations can induce a deep meditative state, helping blocked energy move and tension release.

Connection

Movement

Gently unwind tension from your body - your tissues, muscles, fascia and joints as you learn to cultivate deep interoceptive awareness (listening to your body), how it wants to move and release held stress.

Nourish, balance and regulate your nervous system. Leave feeling softer, lighter and better resourced.
