This is the Restoring Pelvic Intelligence Sessions. A blend of the Hypopressives Method, combined with somatic awareness and posture focus.
Introducing the Hypopressives Method
The Hypopressives Method is a whole body system of training using breathing and postural techniques to create positive changes in the core, pelvic floor and posture.
Once you have learned the whole sequence, it can take just 10 minutes per day to complete the flow and so is easy to fit into your daily routine.

Additional sessions are £65 per session.
