I’m a Somatic Well-being Practitioner, which means I am a passionate explorer in what feels good in my body and other female bodies.
I believe that each of us has the right to feel good, grounded and rested in our bodies.
Life is stressful, yes, AND it is my belief and experience that our bodies are able to deal with life’s ups and downs when we know how to help it do so.
My practice, and everything I do is firmly rooted in the body: the somatic intelligence that each of us have innately.
I don’t really do big complex ideas or words as a teacher - there are no levels or things to get with this work - I’m more of a gentle witness to whatever emerges from within.
The body knows what to do, and it knows that the stories of not being whole or good enough are not real.
My work is about finding the realness of the body for myself and then offering that for others. The wisdom is already here, we all have it, we all know it deep down, and it is my intention to create spaces where we remember our true nature together.
My Approach
My body is my playground, my teacher and my guide. Whatever I bring to a space is something I have felt, sensed and felt nourished by myself.
Of course, we are all different and each offering is made yours by your experience: that’s the beauty of the body.
When we allow a suggestion, a softening, an invitation to land - there’s no need for anyone to DO anything. So, you could say, the approach is to BE and SEE what emerges from a softening into rest.
I have a background in many years of training in bodywork, yoga, kinesiology and other modalities that have led me to deepen my exploration of the body in an embodied way.
